• Rain held off for our Varsity Wildcats to RE-CLAIM THEIR HOUSE with a DEFINITIVE VICTORY against Bradford, VT!

• WAY TO MAKE A COME-BACK VARSITY!

• Varsity next plays 10.4.Saturday in Laconia @9:00!

• JV had a BYE week!

• JV next plays 10.4.Saturday in Laconia @10:30!

• Midgets had the obvious & enviable fun of playing in a classic VT mud bowl!    0-8

• They play away in Bow 10.5.Sunday at 2:30!

• Jr Midgets 'found the football within' as they shut out Hartford, VT!    28-0

• 100% EFFORT ~ EVERY PLAYER...EVERY PLAY!

09/29/08 - Wildcat Cheerleaders REACHING THE RAISED BAR!

At the beginning of the season we raised the bar for the cheerleading program, setting the standard that we do not have just any cheerleaders...but, rather,  we have FOOTBALL CHEERLEADERS! A primary distinction is that whenever our football athletes are on the field, our cheerleaders cheer! AND, WOW, have they followed-thru! The epitomy of this has been seeing our Jr Midgets, Midgets, and M.S. Cheerleaders cheer their hearts out in Hartford, VT in the absolute pouring rain!

 While cheering in the rain is an example of great football cheerleaders,  cheering in the rain WITH REAL SPIRIT, SMILES...SMILES...SMILES and BRILLIANT HIGH MORALE is an example of WILDCAT Football Cheerleaders!

 This organization is committed to our raised bar! Members of this organization sincerely congratulate the cheerleading athletes and their coaches for reaching for it!

• Varsity: Monday 5-7 Warner Public Library, Tuesday & Wednesday 4:30-6:30 and Friday 4:30-6:30 at KRHS

• JV: Wednesday, Friday, & Sunday 5:00-6:30/45

• Midgets: 5:00-6:45/7:00 on all posted practice days!

• JR Midgets: 5:00-6:30/45 on Tuesdays and Thursdays!

• Loving reminder that communication within the Wildcat Organization relies almost solely on WEBSITE updates and e-mails!

• Notifications about ANYTHING with a 24 hour lead time will be POSTED and possibly e-mailed.

• Our Team Parents are only asked/expected to make phone calls to families who do not have internet access, OR if the posting cannot be made 24 hours in advance.

What a Weekend to Be a WILDCAT!

What a weekend to be a WILDCAT FAN!!!!!

• Jr. Midgets showed significant improvement & good heart against Hanover.  14 ~ 24.

• They face Hartford VT in their new EVERY PLAY socks 9.28.Sunday at 1:00!

• Midgets rock and rolled BIG TIME on the turf to beat Hanover 14 - 8!

• They go for their third win 9.28.Sunday against Hartford at 2:30!

• JV took advantage of the LIGHTS and definitively beat undefeated Bedford!    36 - 8

• Their next game is currently TBD.

• Beloved Varsity showed enormous heart and looked HOT in their new Every Play Socks against tough Bedford!     12 ~ 48

• Varsity plays Bradford VT 9.27.Saturday HOME at 9:00.

• If you were EVER a Wildcat fan, join us for this game as fans show Varsity some love and help secure them their next WIN!

JV CHANGE in PRACTICE Day This Week!

• JV will practice TUESDAY instead of Wednesday THIS WEEK.

•  Practice will therefore run Tuesday 5:30-7:00 at Riverside Park INSTEAD of Wednesday THIS WEEK!

Varsity will play Bradford @ Riverside 9:00 a.m. on  9.27.Saturday.

JV continues to be TBD for the 27/28 weekend. Stay tuned!!!

09/15/08 -      PRACTICE TIME CHANGE

Tis the season for the sun to set sooner!

Thus:

JV practice will END @ 7:00 beginning the week of the 15th.

Midget practice will END @ 7:00 beginning the week of the 22nd.

Jr. Midget practice will continue to End @ 6:45 until further notice.

While coaches will continue to try and be prompt, we ask families to be patient as coaches adjust to the new practice times. BIG cooperative thanks on this one. :)

Jr Midgets opened their season today at home against John Stark!

Midgets opened with a win against John Stark!

SCORE:  22-8    RECORD (1-0-0)

BOTH teams play HOME against Newport next week at 9:00 and 10:30 respectively!

JV gains serious defeat over Hartford                               

SCORE:    52-22     RECORD (2-0)

Varsity moves to 1-1 and looks, with JV, toward Concord next week!

Attention ~ ~ ~ GAME TIME CHANGE ~ ~ ~ Attention

As previously referenced, there is indeed a game time change

on the Holiday (October 11) weekend:

Varsity will START AT 1:00 instead of 12:00

and

JV will START AT 2:30 instead of 1:30.

Please recall this change was made to help accommodate

the flow of traffic on the holiday weekend...which is also the

Fall Foliage Weekend in Warner.

09/10/08 - WHAT A NIGHT TO CELEBRATE BEING A WILDCAT!!!!

Tonight we celebrated record attendance program-wide at Riverside Park! Not only did we fill the joint with Cheerleading, Touch, Jr Midgets, Midgets, JV, and Varsity, BUT each team boasted high attendance as well!  CONGRATULATIONS for tonight and every night you are able to meet your responsibility to MAKE PRACTICE and MAKE IT COUNT once you get there!!! AWESOME JOB athletes and families!!!!
