WHO APPOINTS COACHES?
The Kearsarge Wildcat Football & Cheerleading (KWFC) Executive Board appoints each Head Football Coach and the Director of Cheerleading.
Each Head Football Coach establishes his staff. The Cheerleading Director appoints Head Cheerleading Coaches.
HOW & WHEN ARE HEAD COACH POSITIONS ANNOUNCED?
Official announcements of staffing are announced on the web AFTER May 31, as soon as positions are finalized.
HOW ARE TEAMS FORMED?
Registraion runs each year from May 1 - May 31. ALL athletes who submit a paid registration postmarked May 1 - May 31 are guaranteed a spot.
Registrations will continue to be accepted after May 31, but ONLY until the allotted number of slots per team are filled.
Registrations postmarked after May 31 will be given priority on a first come basis.
Registrations received once teams are filled will be put on a first come-first serve Waiting List.
Waiting List athletes will be contacted if a spot opens up. This can occur up to the beginning of summer camp.
Athletes are assigned teams based on their grade as of August NOT their age. There is a RARE exception to this policy.

WHERE CAN I FIND REGISTRATION & PHYSICAL FORMS?
These forms will be in area schools May 1 - May 31 and will remain downloadable on the website www.kearsargefootball.org under the FORMS tab.
WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION THAT MY REGISTRATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
Teams will be notified by e-mail no later than June 7th.
If you send payment and registration to KWFC/PO BOX 392/Warner, NH 03278 between May 1 & May 31, you should be confident your child has a position.
If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail by June 7, you should contact Karen @ 454-4655 or kma12@tds.net.
ARE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?
Payment plans are DEFINITELY available. Contact 454-4655 or kma12@tds.net PRIOR to sending in your registration form.
ARE SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE?
YES!
KWFC is a Not-for-Profit organization. We do not want any child NOT to play because of financial constraints.

DO I NEED TO SEND IN THE PHYSICAL FORM WITH THE REGISTRAION?
No, but it is preferred if possible!
For safety reasons, NO athlete will be allowed on the field without a current physical form.
We keep physical forms from year to year. If your physical form expires mid-season, it will be your responsibility to submit a form as soon as the old one expires.
Please be attentative to this and make appointments accordingly.
We canNOT allow athletes on the field without a current signed physical form!
DO I NEED TO USE THE KWFC PHYSICAL FORM OR IS MY DOCTOR'S FORM ACCEPTABLE?
While we prefer KWFC forms, we will accept doctor's office forms.
We do NOT need immunization update information!
